We provide private one-on-one lessons with a skilled professional instructor who can demonstrate and explain the language of music, in a customized format for all instruments, as well as voice. The cost is only about $33 per lesson and our offerings extend to providing families convenient same day and time appointments! We also have family discounts.

Students have the opportunity to showcase and share their talents at our annual event. When you enroll in our school and sign up for your first month, we give you a fifth lesson for free.. this introductory special gives you five weeks to enjoy the supportive learning environment and gets you started in reaching your goals. There is never an enrollment fee and NO long term contract.

Ashley Tran
Ashley teaches Piano, Guitar, and Ukulele. Ashley graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Music from the University of California, Santa Cruz. She also holds an Associate Degree in Recording Arts Technology
Aaron Barnes
Aaron Barnes
Aaron has been with us for over 10 years and specializes in Bass Guitar, Guitar, Ukulele, Piano and Drums. He is a working professional musician and frequently performs with the group "Hunter and the Dirty Jacks." Aaron has a degree from Cal State University Fullerton.
Anna Thoreson
Anna Thoreson
Anna holds an A.A degree in Music from Mt. San Antonio College, and earned her Bachelor degree in Choral Music Education from California State University, Fullerton. Anna teaches Voice, Piano, and Guitar.
Nate Brown
Nate Brown
Nate not only performs frequently with the Pacific Symphony Chorale, he also has been the worship leader at his church. Nate earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Music In Worship - Vocal Emphasis from Biola University. Nate teaches Voice, Piano and Guitar.
Claire Eggers
Claire Eggers
As an aspiring musician, Claire Eggers has been involved in music her whole life. She began taking violin lessons at a young age, and joined Prelude Chamber Strings by junior high. She also completed several years of music theory at the Colburn Community School, and created a strong background in harmony and musicianship. Claire earned her Bachelor’s degree in Violin Performance from California State University, Northridge with honors, and continues to study under Dr. Lorenz Gamma in pursuit of her Master’s degree. She studies a wide range of repertoire, including works for orchestra, chamber, and solo. She has also been involved in several musicals and operas including Cinderella, Sweeney Todd, The Merry Wives of Windsor, Der Schauspieldirektor (The Impresario), and Xerxes. Additionally, Claire participated in CSU Summer Arts, Borromeo Music Festival, and the CIM Violin Audition Intensive, which focused on solo pieces and chamber collaborations. She also teaches group strings classes and private lessons, where several of her students have maintained high chair placements in their school and community orchestras.

Jessica holds a music degree and has been playing professionally for over ten years. She is endorsed by Gretsch Guitars, she loves to surf, and has been teaching at our school for over eight years. She specializes in Guitar, Ukulele, Piano, Mandolin, and slide/lap steel guitar.
Sho Fujieda
Sho Fujieda
Sho earned his music degree from California State University, Fullerton. Sho has been an instructor at our school for nine years and has been hired by many of the local theatres in the area to be the music director for their musicals. Sho specializes in Drums and Piano.
Emily Riseling
Emily Riseling
Emily Riseling teaches voice and piano at our school. She is graduating with her degree in Vocal Performance from California State University, Fullerton. She also is very well trained in Musical Theatre and has performed in several productions throughout California.
Matt Sullivan

Matt specializes in all levels and styles of guitar. Matt frequently performs all over Southern California holds a degree in music from CSUF.

Megan is a professional Opera singer and is currently working on her Master Degree in Music at UCLA. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor Degree in Music, from California State University, Fullerton. Megan teaches Voice and Piano at our school.

Geoff has earned both a Bachelor and Master degree in Music Composition and Theory from California State University, Fullerton. Geoff is currently working on his Doctoral Degree and teaches Voice, Piano, Composition, Trombone, Trumpet, Ukulele, Bass Guitar, in fact, you name it...he can teach it!

Kimberly holds a Bachelor degree from California University, Irvine and specializes in teaching Piano, Voice and Beginning Guitar.
Brandi Birdsong
Brandi Birdsong
Brandi is a candidate for Bachelor Degree in vocal performance at Cal State Fullerton. Brandi has worked with many styles of teaching voice in various age groups. With extensive experience teaching early childhood classes, she has taught students as young as 2 years old. Ms. Brandi has been described as a teacher who likes to try new things, and in her lessons, she often uses games and other out-of-the-box methods to engage her students. Ms. Birdsong placed 2nd in her division at the NATS singing competition. She also has had many performances opportunities. She’s sung backup to Andrea Bocelli at the Hollywood Bowl, performed at Carnegie Hall, been a featured guest soloist at LA’s Juneteenth Festival, and had the privilege in playing the lead role as Maria in West Side Story, with a full orchestra.

Dan Paviolo, owner of OC Performing Arts received his music education from Musician's Institute in Los Angeles and played professionally for over 20 years. Dan holds a Bachelor and Master degree from University of La Verne and teaches Bass Guitar, Guitar, Piano and Ukulele.
Kal Paviolo
Kal Paviolo
Kal Paviolo, owner of OC Performing Arts received her music education from California Music Teachers Association and performed as a professional musician and actress in the US and Japan, Korea, and South America. Kal earned her Bachelor and Master degree from University of La Verne, she teaches the Ji Ji Music program at Arovista Elementary School in Brea, and specializes in Voice, Piano and is the Director of the Musical Theatre program here at OC Performing Arts.
